Smart Technology Applied in The Management of Yachting Marinas

The objective of this research is to analyse smart technologies implemented in marinas and their impact upon the safety service quality improvement, sustainability, environmental protection, as well energy consumption operations optimization. KPI a definition marina concept have been derived based on port concept. analysis has conducted sample 78 marinas. Ultimately, scientific performed order determine advantages disadvantages introducing management. results indicate that are undergoing revolution terms facilitating booking management process achieving greater quality, but still need improve field monitoring controlling nautical tourism environment.
